ACK! Dinner guests are coming in two hours to eat around 6...
and of course I forgot to take out my frozen baked ziti until five minutes ago.
Is there anything I can do??

There isn't a reason you can't bake it while still frozen. I would bake, at 325, covered in foil. You may want to serve some sauce on the side but it should be fine.
