ack christmas chaos beginning.... NOW
so both DH and I come from cultures where you celebrate christmas eve. Neither of us want to give up our traditions. Since we both have different traditions, our compromise is that mom and I celebrate on 12/23, and mom comes with us to DH's parents place on 12/24.
this means TONIGHT is german christmas eve 
this place is such a super mess. right now, DH is not home, and there is literally 5 hours of cleaning, a few gifts to still wrap, and loads of cooking..... and only me!
I hope I can do this.....
