Acidophilus Pills
Had anyone taken Acidophilius pills for digestion problems? Is it safe to take?
I know they help yeast infections too, but they are supposedly good for intestinal health and Im have mucho problems.

i have taken them in the past...but stopped once we got the BFP. I'd talk to your doctor about it - so many doctors have differing ideas on what's okay and what's not...
If you are going to take them - be sure to get the ones that are refrigerated - the LIVE cultures need to be, well, LIVE..it makes a HUGE difference in quality & how well they work.

Could you try the yogurt or cheese with active cultures? I haven't tried them, but have heard good things! That seems less concentrated than the pill. You could also ask that your dr. prescribe a prenatal with a stool softener; I read that helps.
