For us, after both parties accepted and signed the offer (which we both did immediately), it went to attorney review. Attorney review (according to our REA and lawyer) can be a max of 3 days unless you ask for an extension. Ours took 3 days only because my DH was away on business and he was the one primarily talking to the lawyer.

any offer we put in we knew the next day. I think you have 3 days max to get the reply.
