about WW & starting off
i started WW on Tuesday. Im doing it online and its great bc i have it on my iphone so im constantly uptodate....
now my question is..... i went over my points tuesday by 9 points and yesterday by 4.5 points i try to be better everyday... is this a process, you learn everyday what is how many points and what you can allow yourself to have - right??? also if my point allowance is 21 points. and i work out at the gym 4 points does that mean i can technically consume an extra 4 points?

If you use up the points that you gain from excersize, my team leader says that you should use those points right after you complete your excersizing. She said that she recommends not, but you could save them for later on during the day.
Your also allowed 35 extra points for the week so if you go over your points during the day, keep in mind that you have those points.

It is definitely a learning process. You'll find ways to substitute things or cut things out to save points. To answer your question, yes if you work out you can eat those points that day. You also get the 35 weekly points allowance. I found that if I ate both the exercise and 35 weekly points in a week, I didn't lose that week. Using one or the other worked best for me.
