? about Working Out
I used to go to the gym three times a week (Mon, Wed, Fri), do about an hour of cardio and some strength. Due to my schedule changing, now I can only make it to the gym on the weekends. Can I maintain my figure and get the same results by just going twice a week, back to back?

Even if you do 30min a day you'll be good.
Anything is good but to cram a weeks
worth of exercise into 2 days may not
get you the results you want. How abt
home workouts?

try interval workouts. interval training burns crazy calories and is more effective in shorter amounts of time. so try like 30-45mins interval training both days and then maybe like one day at home during the week of total body toning like pilates.
