about how many...
decaf mocha frapps can i have a week? lol i've been limiting them to once a week but they're my guilty pleasure for right now lol. i think i might pick one up during lunch.

I have a cup of regular or decaf coffee everyday. I did this with my 1st pregnancy also.
My OB told me that is was ok as long as i kept it in moderation.
