We are selling our home & I hate it!
I know it's par for the course to have your agent call you at all times to have people come and see your home. But I hate it! It sucks making sure the house it spotless at all times, no dishes in the sink, no toys around. I can't even allow my kids to pull out their big toys because then I'd have to drag them back to the attic. This past weekend our realtor set up an 11am appt for a couple to come by and 4:30 appt for another family to come by.
So I though great, we have the beautiful day to go to the park & this way, the kids won't mess the house up. Wrong! She called me first thing on sat to tell me she filled in the rest of the day with a 1pm, 2pm, 3:30. It's just annoying to waste your entire day for 5 people who some weren't even interested in a place this size or location really. I hope this place sells fast. I never want to sell again. Sorry, just a vent.
