A practice run
We are babysitting our friends 2 month old baby next week for a few days and I have to say I'm a little scared! I have babysat for my nieces and nephews but never overnight when they were that little.
I'm kind of excited too because it will be good practice for us - and for our little dog!! I can't wait to see how she is with a baby in the house.
Any advice for me would be great!!!!

You'll do great!
Some advice from a mommy-get the scoop from the baby's mommy, likes/dislikes, how she comforts, how she prepares bottles, soothes, if baby gets gassy etc. I am sure she will let you know that anyways :)
OTherwise, 2 month old just kinda looks at you when they are up, then they sleep, eat, up, sleep, eat.
With the dog, depending his/her nature, he/she will either avoid the baby like the plague or want to be on your lap when the baby is.
Enjoy, I love that age, so cuddly and aware, so cute!
I miss DD that little, now she wiggles away from me and wants to walk and play!
