a little worried...what do you think about this?
This is a little TMI...
I'm 12 weeks, and for a while today I've felt really crampy and been having lower back aches. It's not the usual slightly crampy/achey I've felt during this pregnancy. It's kinda bad.
I'm also nauseous - but that's not really anything new. And here's the tmi... maybe it's just me being a little constipated, but it's not like I haven't gone recently...
Any ideas why I'm so crampy and having such back aches... I tried to nap today and couldn't even sleep cause it was keeping me awake. I'm worried about a UTI I guess, but I thought you don't feel anything when you have UTI when preggo. Wondering if I should bother to call my midwife? I hate to call if it's nothing...

The cramping, I would guess, could be a combination of your uterus stretching/growing and the constipation.
Just to be safe, i would call your Dr.

Hopefully its nothing, but if you're that worried and it sounds like you are, I would call. Better safe then sorry KWIM? Having to go to the bathroom is definitely something that could cause it even if it hasn't been that long since you last went. I would just call

Maybe you are dehydrated, that could cause cramping, dry drinking lots of water
