a little garbage vent

Our super hasn't liked us from Day 1. I don't know why. I went down and introduced myself, asked about the rules, etc.. Now he's being a real you-know-what and I don't know why. He showed us where we should put our trash (ripped up rugs, 10 feet of kitchen cabinets broken down to small pieces) in one of the garages on site. He told us he would take care of the rugs. We saw them at the curb one morning and that was the last of it (this was probably May when we first got here). Little by little DH and I have been putting out the cabinets and other trash that we have from the garage to the curb. The other night super sees my dad and is like "they're taking up 2 garages, when are they going to get rid of their trash?? they need a dumpster"... We weren't home so dad goes down with him.... and sure enough, the rugs that super and DH put at the curb together are in a DIFFERENT garage (taking up space, but certainly not as much space as the moldy dressers, kitchen tables, A/Cs, and CAR that are in there). How were we supposed to know that the garbagemen didn't take the rugs and the super put them in a DIFFERENT garage? I've never snooped into any garage except the one he instructed me to use. So tonight's garbage night and I just hauled all the rug out. But at the curb there were couches and all this other big bulky stuff (as there are every week). I'm just wondering why they will put out some people's trash and not others. To top it all off, he (or someone) has been putting their trash on top of all of our stuff in the original garage. I threw all these huge boxes and A/Cs and crappola off to the side tonight so he could truly see what is left of ours (which is 1 more nght of trash pick up max). I just dont get it. The crappola from the incinerator room gets put on my pile of garbage. I'm not throwing it away. Am I right to be a little ticked? People were looking at me like I was nuts when I was putting my own trash out tonight. A guy actually said to me "Super will do that for you sweetie"..... sigh.... vent over.... sorry if you read all of that! :)
