That's awesome! I have to thank you too for the Yoga recommendations. I did join one of the places (Woodbury) that you recommended and it's great!

It is very well written, great job!!! I think anyone who is on the fence about starting/continuing yoga would feel very at ease after reading it.

Great article! I (unfortunately) stopped practicing because I have been so sick but almost out of the first trimester and feeling better. I'm looking forward to starting back up again real soon!
