A Hunger Question
Does anyone get so hungry to the point where they are starving -- then have two bites and are so full that it feels like your belly just blew up?
I had a steak (not a big one though) for dinner tonight and was so full I thought I wouldn't be able to make it up the stairs. A few hours later I was starving again as if I hadn't eaten in hours.
I just had 5 Entemanns choc chip cookies and now I am stuffed again.
Is this normal?

yes, people comment at lunch that I don't eat anything - but when I try I get full so quickly I don't get much down.
