A Hiccup in The Plan
So I didn't plan NYE dinner or NYD dinner because we had other plans.. but those plans have altered. My friend isn't having people over until 9pm on NYE and we will need to eat before that time! Also.. my sisters both got called to work on NYD so they will not be cooking.
I want to make something special.. but not too pricey for NYE and NYD. Any suggestions for my family of 4?

Re: A Hiccup in The Plan
We usually go to my MIL for NYD dinner, but this year we are staying home both days. Since we are having a really nice dinner on NYE (Lobsters & Steaks) I am just making a glazed ham. (I got the ham on sale for .99lb whoo hoo) So I'll just make Mac & Cheese and maybe broccoli or something and thats what we are having.
What about Leg of Lamb? Maybe make a Beef Wellington? Or if you want to go Italian maybe Lasagne? Or Manicotti? Or what about a Seafood Paella? I am so hungry!!!!!!!!
