a good question for midnight
who else has insomnia?? Do you do anything to help you sleep? I could use any advice you have to offer!!

i don't have insomnia, but UNFORTUNATELY MY F*CKIN neighbors are keeping me awake!!! What can I do..that's what I'd like to know!!!

I do. I came on here, but that's not helping. Last night I took a Tylenol PM, but it knocked me out for all of today, too. I might try reading a book.

I have a very hard time sleeping. I usually fall asleep pretty easily, it's staying asleep for me that's the problem.
I don't take anything-- I just deal with it.

Usually I am OK but I do go through spells of insomnia. I always try reading and sometimes that helps but other times it doesn't.
I talked with my doctor and he just gave me some samples of Lunesta to try. He said since I don't need it every night to just take it if I am laying in bed trying to fall asleep longer than 1/2 an hour. So we'll see. Haven't needed it yet.
