A Design Question

Ok I admit it, I have a phobia of committing to any design or style. But, it is now or never and I need help! We are working with a blank slate. I would like purple/eggplant walls and accents

We ordered a sectional in this color:


We ordered this table:

If not notice, the lines on the table are black. Does this mean I need to stick with all black furniture? Or can I go with something like this:

We liked these curtains:


and a rug that is brown/light tan shag.

Do I need to have all black furniture? Isn't that what I am supposed to do? Match it to the coffee table? HELP PLEASE I cannot decide!

no you do not have to stick with all one wood color. just keep with the same feel or style of the furniture. I feel that you can have 2-3 different wood tones in a room and bring it all together by repeating those colors in decor. HTH!

ETA:

See the other colors are already in this table for you. The black table, and the two different color browns in the ottomans. I love how black & brown look together. Go for it.

ETA: sorry I saw that you wrote all brown leather ottomans. But brown is brown and you can bring that in, in the decor (like the curtains).

I appreciate your help because I admire your ability to put things together! Do you think brown like cherry furniture or black? I feel like if I go with cherry then I can add in purple and brown to the mix.

I love Cherry Wood, but I think you can go with brown as well. The table in the pic looks like Cherry Wood. GL!
