9 days late....
this child never wants to come out...I went to the dr yesterday and I'm still 1cm but cervix is very soft and he could feel his head. I have to go back on Thursday and hopefully he'll decide to induce me if nothing happens before then.
I honestly thought I would never go this late. I guess I could look at it this way, my 30th bday is Saturday and he'll be the best gift I could get

Go for a nice long walk. Have sex! and TRY to relax.
You could go into labor at ANY moment. Being only 1cm means nothing!

I've walked miles, I've tortured my dh nightly lol I've done it all and nothing...Now I'm just doing my thing everyday and not thinking about it.
He's comfy and just not ready yet...I've come to that conclusion.
I have a feeling he'll be about 15pds at birth

I was wondering how you have been holding up!! I never thought he would be this late too - did the dr. give you an estimate of how big he is?

DS was over 1 week late and he was born on my mother's b-day!
He will be here soon!
I was the same as you,,1cm and my cervix was soft...but he wasnt budging. I went ino labor the night before I was scheduled to be induced..
