8 miles tomorrow!
I am training for a half marathon at the end of March and I have to run 8 miles tomorrow to stay on track with the training.
I just have to say I am dreading it...but hoping a great run will motivate me to want to run 10 next weekend in the midst of my moving!!  
Anyone training for any races? I am looking for a time under 2 hours and then the NYC marathon in November...it's starting again!!!

One of my best friends is training for a TRIATHALON!!!! (her first) She only started running in the past few years (will be 40 in March) and has already completed three full and four half marathons.
She's doing TNT (which I think you mentioned being involved with at some point?) ... here's her site:

I am a running newbie, so I am training for a 10k in April in Richmond.
I am not going for any time just yet - i really want to run the whole thing without stopping. I am up to 3 miles so im halfway there

Good for you. I ran 10k and always wanted to run the NYC marathon but I keep injuring my hip. Bring your ipod.
