Re: Great Starter home in Setauket- $385K
Do you mind my asking how much it was originally listed for and how long it has been on the market? My condo is listed in around the same price range (in NJ though) and I am considering dropping the price. I am just wondering what is typical....

Re: Great Starter home in Setauket- $385K
orginally $399- which is what the other homes in the neighborhood are listed at- not sure of the condition they are in vs my inlaws house
it's been on the market since April ( I think)
it's been really slow - My Dad is selling also in the same town- different section and his agent said it's a very slow start to spring

Re: Great Starter home in Setauket- $385K
yeah - my condo has been on the market since early march, at 419. I want to drop it to 399 but my realtor is encouraging me to drop it to 409. I think i might go with my gut and take it to 399 and hope for multiple bids to work with...... Thanks for the info and good luck to your father and your inlaws! I grew up near setauket and its a beautiful area!
