Sorry-non baby related question....
Can you freeze ricotta cheese? I'm making baked ziti and have 1/2 container left...can I freeze it

i have, but it's a little runny after it de-frosts. I'd actually make ziti or lasagna and freeze the entire dish instead of the ricotta alone, it keeps pretty well.
