I am starting to wonder if Realtor proof their ads before they go on MLS
Do you really think this house only has 1 bedroom?
And check out the taxes on this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I doubt the first one only has one bedroom, but I thought it was a cute pic they wasy they staged the little girls bike bike out front for an effect!

I think that might be a euphamisim for a car port. So it is a space for a car, but open to the elements.

Or it's a typo, we have a 1.5 car garage, it's really long, but not long enough for 2 cars.

My friend and I and his agent went to look at a multi listed house saturday being sold by another realtor and the entire ad she posted was a lie
She said the house was in excellent condition - The exterior was clean, and the interior needs to be gutted.
She said 5 bedrooms, one with a sky light. The house was a bungalow. 3 of those bedrooms were in the peak of the roof. You could not stand up in any of them, except the one with the skylight. If you stood up the top of your head would hit the skylight pane - I mean Plastic - It wasnt even glass.
The basement was supposed to be full finished, and with proper permits a legal Mother daughter.
The basement was full, unfinished, and no kitchen or anything. There was a washer / dryer and a 3/4 bathroom.
The kitchen was smaller than my cubical at work. The interior of the house was in really bad shape.
The electric, and plumbing would have to be updated.
The boiler was new and she was right on that.
