Around the base of an above ground pool...
Anyone want to share pics of their pool? We just got an above ground and were thinking of putting stones or bricks around the base. Something that the dog cannot dig up!
  Thanks

I don't have pictures, but my parents used to have white rocks and stepping stones around their above ground pool. It looked nice, but when they took out the pool it took forever to get all the rocks up, since over the years some began to sink.

I'll try to bring in pics next week but what we did around the immediate exterior was leave a area of dirt about a foot wide and planted some tiger lillies spaced out (nothing else seemed to do well with the chlorine and such). Then hubby put down a layer of plastic sheeting and did a brick border between the dirt where the lillies stand and the little white rocks and foot stones (the plastic kept the stones in place - like the top poster mentioned, it can get messy). I know it's hard to explain...
Here are some pics from last year when we tried to do impatience (they all died within weeks because of the chemicals). Lillies working out great - very hearty. Our pool is on an incline in our yard.Image Attachment(s):
