had another sono tonight
at 16 weeks coulnt tell teh sex but all is well and the heartrate is in teh 140's doesnt that indicate boy?Isnt the myth lower heartrate is a boy. i dont follow them realy but its fun to guess. LOL

Well the average heartrate is 120-160 which puts you right smack in the middle!

My girl is always in the 150-160's! I don't remember with Andrew though.

Typically, girls are over 150, boys under. you can't go by just one reading though. You have to take an average over the course of the pregnancy because the babies heart rate is always higher early in pregnancy.
