Hardwood Floors
Does anyone know generally how much it cost to refinish hardwood floors? Does anyone have someone to reccommend?

I used Sunrise Wood Flooring. They are really good and the price was the best I got. My whole family used him at some point. He did my living room, 2 bedrooms, dining room and my stairs for like $1900. Water based finish, oil based would have been cheaper. The phone number is 631-225-6063.

We've used Jarrstar (www.jarrstar.com), b/c DH knows the owner. He did a great job in 7 rooms in our house!
Get a price quote to know for sure b/c it depends on type of poly, # of coats, if there is a stain put down too, if you have any repairs to be done, etc.

My SIL got hers done Dining room, steps and upstairs hallway for 500. If you FM me tomorrow I can ask her they are out of town right now.
