Why can't I find a normal couple,person to rent my home!!!
So I'm in the middle of trying to rent out my home down south long term and I keep getting crazy people!!! Is there anyone normal out there and the ones I think sound great on the phone are the worst!!!
Just had to vent!

Good luck!!! Somtimes you have to go through the crazies in order to find the normal ones!

Have you tried using a realtor to find a renter? We found nothing but crazies to rent our apt until we started using a realtor.

We had the same problem! I was very close to just selling the house because I didn't want to deal with it! It took a while but we FINALLY found a nice family and they've been in the house going on 2 years!

I hope that is what happens!! We tryed going through a rental place but they are all rental management companies and that is not what I want to do!! I don't need that I just need someone to screen these people and do a credit report!!
