Whats the difference between a stomach virus and an infection?
I'm sick as a dog, and wondering if I should wait it out or go to the Dr. No fever.

hmmm...infection is bacterial -
Most stomach issues are viral - if I was in your situation, I'd probably wait it out.

my doctor asked me the other day if I was vomiting either projectile, or just 'out of the mouth'...I guess depending on the way you vomit also determines viral/bacterial....
