Hi Guys,
My friend is renting an apartment in her house in Seaford. It's a 1 bedroom basment apartment. She is asking $1200 includes everything. A major plus is that you will have your own washer and dryer-which is very hard to find in a 1 bedroom.
The aparment is almost ready to be shown they are just waiting on the cabinets to be in.
Move in date will be 11/1 or 11/15 depending on when the apartment is ready.
The house is brand new-My friend and her husband just moved in a few months ago.
House is right near all parkways and 5 mins from the L.I.R.R.
