DH's MD told him he needed to lose weight and should do this diet. So I agreed to do it with him. Day one is almost over and so far we are OK. Its a little easier for me since I like lots of veggies, but I think DH is struggling. He asked me like 20 times today if he could have crackers.

I started SB on Friday and it's not bad at all . . . not that I think iti s working yet . . .
