Going on South Beach after this weekend...
Chinese New Year this weekend, must eat till I drop lol...
anybody on South Beach? I need a buddy!! I am going to miss rice very very much

How are you doing so far?
I lost 10 lbs on this diet on the first 2 weeks but for me it didnt last, as soon as I got lazy and didnt make the recipes and ate regular food I gained it back plus 5 lbs more  .
