 | Weight Loss - when did you notice a change in your clothes? As of this morning, I am down 18.5 lbs. I swear that I BARELY notice a change in my clothes, and my body doesn't look different to me either and I guess not anyone else because hardly anyone has said anything.
When did you notice a change in clothes? Shouldn't I have it already? And no, I haven't been exercising

 | Re: Weight Loss - when did you notice a change in your clothes? I think for me it was once I hit 20 pounds. But what about that belt waskinator?
ETA: you will notice a difference more quickly when you exercise. You get toned up, which makes your clothes fit much better.

 | Re: Weight Loss - when did you notice a change in your clothes? A lot of the times its difficult for you or others who see you often to notice a difference. I've found the best way to tell is to take pictures from when you started to now and compare.
 But, great job!!

 | Re: Weight Loss - when did you notice a change in your clothes? First of all - CONGRATS on your awesome weight loss, chickie!! Just wonderful!
But in all honesty Michal, I believe it took me until I lost close to like 25 pounds for me to even notice ANY difference in myself, and even then I didn't really "see it" .. Even at 20 pounds less, I felt like my clothes fit just "regularly" .. no big difference. I'd look at myself and except for my face looking a lot slimmer, I still saw pudge everywhere. But when I lost just five more pounds beyond that point, it seemed like things were finally LOOSE! And thereafter, I started really noticing the difference... I could fit back into a lot of things that I hadn't been able to wear since my honeymoon

But I also wasn't really exercising which is why I think it took a lot longer to notice the changes, since I was (and still am) pretty flabby

I agree with Lisa, sometimes taking pictures of yourself is the BEST way to really notice your progress and see the changes ... at 18.5 pounds, I am SURE it is noticeable!!

 keep up the awesome work!!!
