SO PO'd right now! Anyone have an eamil address for Hybernian Hall in Babylon where i can complain???
I'm having a party on the 10th for my twins. I called the number given for the Hall on google to get the phone numebr for the guy that i need to speak with, Leo. Well, i got the number, BUT NEVER in my life have i been spoken to SO RUDELY by some man who told me "im not even supposed to answer the phone! Why would i give you my name" He then says to me "don't you have Leo's number" Hey @sshole, if i had it i would have CALLED HIM DIRECTLY!!!!!!!! After i asked for his name, again, he hung up on me! I am soooooooooo Pizzed right now! Anyone know who i can complain to? It's not like i am spending a small amount of money at this place. I'm spending a small fortune for my twins BIRTHDAY PARTY!

When I went to book a party there I had to speak with someone named John 631-786-1232... Maybe try calling him?
I'm sorry he was so rude. He's was prob just some a-hole hanging out drinking beers.

Thank you! The main # is where i called and was spoken to so rudely. I think called the numebr for John but now it's Leo as John is no longer there. I will be speaking with Leo about this as soon as he calls me back.

I don't understand why people are SUCH douchebags. Is it that hard to be polite? Makes me so angry.

Me too! It's really not that hard!!!! UGH! Well, Leo wound up calling back and he apologized 100 times over. He said he knows who it was and he is going to take care of it. He kept apologizing and answered all of our questions and will be there to meet with us the day of the party, He was super nice.
