I think it's 4 servings per foot so approx 24 3-inch servings.

I'm about to order one for DS' birthday party and on the deli's website they say a 6-ft hero yields approx. 48 slices. For a 5-ft hero, about 40 slices, etc.

I'd say, if the hero was the only item, it would feed about 10. If there is other food, it can feed about 25.
