Maternity Belt?
Did anyone use one during their pregnancies?
My back is hurting me is an understatement, it's KILLING me, I almost could not get off the couch last night.
My friend said to try the maternity belt one of her friends used. . .it just looks like another thing that will be make uncomfortable but am willing to try. If you had horrible back pain, did it work for you? Was it annoying to wear?

Yes! I had horrible sciatica in my 2nd trimester and the dr suggested that I try the belt, accupuncture and prenatal massages. The belt helped a lot on some days and a little on others...the massages helped too!! Nothing took the pain away completely and I never found a magic cure. Try it all! Feel better!!

I did! I got one at Motherhood Maternity and it was a lifesaver. I had terrible round ligament pains and this was the only thing that helped.
