My art space
So when we moved this summer, one of the reasons why I LOVED this apartment was because it had this little "room" that connects the kitchen to the living room.
It was the perfect size to put my husband's DJ equipment along one wall, and all my art supplies on another. In our old apartment, all my stuff was in random closets and boxes... I had to set up an easel and a side table in the living room to even begin working on something.
So the first thing I did when we moved was buy a drafting table... Then I bought a bunch of movable "craft" drawers, etc. I hung shelves above the table and VOILA...
The craft drawers has a colapsable table and fits under my drafting table when I'm not using it... I pull it out (It's on wheels) and open the table for extra space when I'm working...
I'm so proud of my little studio... Here are some pics:
