March GTG! Location update!! *location and time finalized*
March 11th... Location TBD.. I'm thinking maybe Caio Baby (Javajunkie's recommendation because they have large tables!!

PennyCat- Eggplant rollatini
JavaJunkie - Cocktail meatballs
Daisy21- Crumbs cupcakes
FlowerWife- Mac n cheese
MrsG72907- Green salad, homemade sangria
KMCGK- some type of appetizer
PurpleC- spinach dip, chips, veggie platter, fruit
MrsDevito- Penne ala vodka
Jax430 - balsamic grilled vegetables or string bean salad
AllyCat- Dumplings
Otherme- mexican layered dip and chips, and a bottle of wine
ODonnell- Tortellini Alfredo
bringonthebaby- Dessert

So, I was thinking of Jax430's idea of doing a pot luck thing at a park when it's nicer out and thought that was a great idea........ but then I thought....... We could do a pot luck at MY house!! What do you ladies think? We could all bring a dish and hang out and talk! That way we don't have to worry about tables being big enough.. we could walk around..and actually talk to everyone!  I'm in central Nassau and not far from where we normally meet. How does that sound? 
eta: I also want to stress it does NOT have to be homemade!!  I know it's a work day so that would be hard for some people .. (and some just don't like to cook! )
If pot luck seems too inconvenient we could cater in and that wouldn't cost too much per person. I'm open to either! Catering in might be easier considering people have work that day.

Pennycat, you read my mind again. I was thinking about our next GTG, and then I saw this thread.
I'm in, of course. It will be desperately needed during my annoying waiting period.
Ciao Baby is a great idea. My only concern is that it is family style, so everyone has to be okay with sharing. It can be a problem if anyone has dietary restrictions or are simply picky eaters (for me personally, I don't eat pork or shellfish, but as long as there are a couple of other people who are okay with sharing with me, I'm good.)
ETA: I've been eating out too much lately (and hence, look like I have a baby in my belly even though I don't.  ), and everywhere I go, I've been looking to see if they have round tables, and if so, how many they can seat!

ETA: Oh.. and about the sharing thing .. It was a suggestion but I'm open to other suggestions too.... The thing about that place is the tables are very large.
I think what we really need is a party room where we could walk around and mingle with cocktails and appetizers!

I'm glad we're getting a good turnout as always, I can't wait to see everyone again!!
Marriedandttc I will miss having you there  but happy (early) birthday!!!!!!!!!!! We'll have to sit closer at the next one, we barely got to chat last time!

Exactly where I was thinking of doing it.
I wonder if the men would have any interest in a picnic, or if it they would find the whole thing too awkward.

if its not too awkward, i'd love to be there again and hopefully get a chance to talk to the other ladies
and Jax.. i would venture a guess that most of the DH's would be much much more awkward with this kind of thing. They're just not as open with this stuff as we are and i can't imagine them talking about it with a stranger in person, no matter if the DW's 'know' each other or not. Just my 2 cents of course...
