Summer Infant video monitor losing signal?
Does anyone else's video monitor randomly drop the signal? A few times now, I've woken up in the middle of the night and turned on the screen to check on DS, and there is no signal! There is no way to know how long ago it happened so of course I freak out that I may not have heard him crying (a few times he was already crying and I didn't hear him ). I don't understand why this is happening... no one is touching it! I'm ready to call customer service or something, but was just curious to see if this happened to anyone else.

It happens when my battery is low sometimes, did you have it plugged in?

Yep, always plugged in at night. That's why I'm so stumped! And it's not like it just happened once like a freak thing, it happens every other night it seems.

Re: Summer Infant video monitor losing signal?
This happens to us sometimes.. the two biggest culprits is using a lot of bandwith on the wifi <it makes the monitor "hiccup"> and something that uses the same circuit of electricity as the camera. We had a little heater in DD's room and it clicks on and off <with the thermostat that's on it>. Every time it clicked off, the camera lost it's signal. Anything like that in DC's room?
