6 Mos or So Check-In
How are those babies doing?!
DS just turned 6 mos on Friday. He's a big baby. 18+ lbs and 29" at his 5 month well visit. He's pretty much in 9 mo clothing. He's rolling both ways. Not sitting up yet. I put him up in a sitting position and he topples over. Lol
He popped his first tooth on the bottom about a week and a half ago. He is drooling and teething like crazy. Keeps shoving his fists in his mouth. Sleep is all over the place lately. He had been sleeping through or waking up once during the night, but lately waking multiple times. I wonder if it's related to the teething and hoping it ends soon.
Started solids at 5 mos and he took to it really well. Eating cereal and making our way through fruits and veggies to eliminate allergies. Going to start water soon.
He's generally a very sweet, cuddly, happy baby. He's starting to get more vocal, which is cute and loud!

DS 2 just turned 6 months today 
He knows how to turn from belly to back, and starting to be able to sit on his own, but not for too long. No teeth yet but lots of drooling, we call him Droolio Iglesias! We have a dr app on Wed so we'll see how much he weighs and how big he is now. We'll be starting solids soon, we might start with baked sweet potatoes just like with his brother. It's incredible how big he is now and how his little personality is starting to bloom, I'm in love all over again

It wasn't meant as a strict 6 mos. I edited the title. We are all inclusive.

It wasn't meant as a strict 6 mos. I edited the title. We are all inclusive.
Ok so at 6 months dd2 weighed 15lbs35oz, 26". 30th percentiles for weight, height and head. Dd1 at her 6 month appointment was 18lbs6oz! Dd2 is ebf though and dd1 was on formula by this point.
She can sit up by herself
She just started crawling a little bit. Army crawl and gets on her hands and knees and rocks and is starting to move a little bit.
She's babbling a lot with consonants, ma, da, Ba. So cute.
Cut her first tooth at exactly 6 months. 2nd tooth at exactly 7 months.
Started cereal and veggies at a little over 5 months.
Edit. Oh and she was rolling back to stomach at 4 1/2 months and stomach to back at 5 months.
And she drinks water from a straw cup

Isn't it crazy how fast it's going by the second time around?! I literally want to slow down time sometimes and tell them to stop getting so big.

Omg I know! So much faster bc there's no downtime with a toddler!
Umm. Jury's still out on that. If we do then you and I have to time it again together lol.
