Just got the Keratin treatment yesterday...

I am excited for the results i am looking fwd to the no frizz

BUT the waiting the four days with the treatment is going to be the longest days of my life

what are the rules while you wait:

I know you can't wash, workout, put hair ties or put behnd ears....is there anything else?

what about brushing? can you brush your hair? I feel like it is so dirty...thank god I don't work I would be embarrassed to go out like this! lol!

yes you can brush it.

The best advice is to not wash hair daily.
its going to keep the product in longer and truth is, you shouldnt really wash hair every day.

Use products that have no sulfate as well, shampoo like Loreal Everpure, Burt Bees products and others out there.

That will help keep the product in longer as well.

my best friend's mom is a hairdresser so she did it for me..and didn't charge me full price..she is in Queens

i do the keratins...and usually its 3 days no shampoo :) you can always do dry shampoo or baby powder on roots if you are dying.... and i would suggest you use what products goes with the type of keratin she used... gl!
