Ummm Help please - sorry about the TMI
So yesterday I had an internal - 1 cm 50% effaced...
Since then I have been having brown bleeding - I've had it before with internals - but this time it's not stopping as fast.
Also, TMI sorry - you know when you have your period and it looks like your "shedding your lining" like the pieces and junk that come out?? Yeah well I have that now too - totally new.
I also think I lost my mucous plug before... big chunk of brown grossness (looks like a wad of phlegm - I KNOW TMI SORRY)
Baby's heart rate is normal - I have a fetal heart monitor..
I guess my question is - is the bleeding and the "stuff" OK or do you think it's cause to worry?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!!

Totally normal. I always spotted after internals and with DS I lost a lot of mucus plug after internals as well (never went into labor though, scheduled C).
I think it's fine

you definitely lost your mucous plug. and maybe your doctor stripped some membranes during your internal that is making you spot a little. i think its normal!
