1st birthday questions
I'm starting to plan my twins first birthday party. I'm really interested in have a character come in for the kids, especially ELMO or Cookie Monster. Does anyone know who or where I can call for this? I have no idea where to start. Thanks......

We used Small World Entertainment and they did a Sesame Street Puppet show and the kids LOVED it!
