We had our first people come by today to look at the house..
and it was so weird. They were a young couple who I swear resembled my DH and I 2 yrs ago. The seemed to really like the house..and my DH is like "why didnt their agent call us yet with an offer?" I told him - uh could you give them some time , like maybe overnight to think about it!! 
But anyway...it was weird. It made it very real.
