 sick

 why??

Why should they get to decide what medications to make available to the public, regardless of what it is?

Of course a prescription is required????

its a prescription medication sold by RX ONLY. Its not a "new drug" , its been around for a while there was an issue with walmart refusing to offer it at their pharmacies...

 good news!

agreed. I'm a pharmacist and I do not feel like I should decide what I do or do not dispense. I hate when Rph's do that.

 | Re: Walmart Update I heard a story on the radio about walgreens. Walgreens made a rule that if theor pharmacisst felt uuncomfortable dispensing it, they were allowed to refer the patient to another pharmacist on duty who would dispense it. Then some pharmacists started refusing that and there was a big battle over it. I think Walgreens was more than fair! If you're a pharmacist you dispense the meds, check for interactions, etc. that's your job. If you want to give moral guidance, become a minister |
