Im having make your own pizza night tonight and dont know how to make the dough. I have the dough defrosted but do you use flour or pam spray on a cooking sheet. And it keeps shrinking everytime i spread it.

Re: Please Help....Frozen pizza dough question!!!
use a little flour not much...roll it out on a floured surface, place it in a pan pull and hook the dough on the pan.

Re: Please Help....Frozen pizza dough question!!!
I actually rub some oil over the dough ball, then roll it out directly on my pizza stone.

Re: Please Help....Frozen pizza dough question!!!
You can use cornmeal on the pan also. Put a bit of flour on the counter and pat the ball into a flat round, then pick it up by the edge and let the weight of the pizza help stretch it, slowly moving your grip around the edge, continuing to turn the dough, letting the weight pull it to make a circle. This helps retain a bit of a thicker crust while it gets thinner in the center.
