Failed 1 hour test
I just found out I failed the 1 hour test  
I'll have to go for the 3 hour now - my numbers were only 145 so I hope I pass the 3 hour one.
Do you think I should start avoiding sweets?

Im sorry! Find out if you should fast before hand and maybe just to make sure, cut down on sweets.
