How many of you went to the bar "The Bridge" in Rockaway as a teen?
And yes i said teen bc it was all teens LOL
I went to visit a friend in Belle Harbor today and while driving down Cross Bay I had a flashback of taking the 53 buss from Woodside to "THE BRIDGE". I went there mostly in 93-94

My DH did...it is reopened as the Lobster Box (pretty sure that is the name) now. My DH is from Belle Harbor so we have been to the new one a cple times lol

It's called the Lobster House (aka the Slobster house) we don't much care for it now

I always call it the Lobster Box and DH always yells at me--too funny. I used to work at a school in the ROckaways and have been there for happy hour--but I have heard that it is quite the sloppy place late night

Loved those.
Raids were awesome. Never saw an entire bar be wiped clean of alcohol in 20 seconds. My parents actually walked in there looking for me one night after they saw my gf cross the street and go in. I hid
