If you lost weight your first trimester
how much did you lose?
I lost with Sarah too, I can't remember how much. This time around I've lost 7lbs as of my 14 week appt. My doctor wasn't concerned at this appt, but at my 10 week he seemed a little, and I lost even more since then.
Just wondering what other people lost. Thanks.

I lost 12 lbs in my first trimester..The doctor said I was find and in the end I was glad that I di because I only ended upp gaining 18 in the end and I had laost almost all of it by week 3.

I cant remember , but I think I lost close to 20 and I ended up being a little underweight for the PG then then wanted with my 1st PG. They had me up my calories by 200-250 a day as soon as I was able to eat more..which wasnt till around 20 weeks.

I lost 10 but that is because I was so sick I have since gained it all back and then some
