55+ Communities on LI
My mom might want to move. Does anyone know of any in the Farmingdale, Lindenhurst, Babylon area? TIA!

I think on MLSLI you can modify your search for only 55 and over communities, in your desired locations. Otherwise, search for condos, townhouses, coops, in the areas your interested in and it should bring up the 55 and over developments as well.

My Aunt and Uncle used to live in Farmingdale Villas and liked it. They know live in Narrangansett Villas in Lindenhurst and it is very nice!

There are a ton of new ones in Massapequa. My parents lived in one in Sayville before buying this house. It is on Sunrise Highway.
