One Day Keratin vs. 3-day Keratin

Those that have had either the one day or the three day please tell me the process that you went through for the first week.

the only difference is that you cant wash it, one day versus 3 days.

For me, I prefer the longer process since I feel it stays longer. Dont know if that is fact...just what works for me.

What I normally do is flat iron over the kinks I get or try to blow dry over it with a paddle brush.

If oily...I throw a little talcum powder in.
Keep it down and day 4, wash with a non sulfate shampoo.

I've had both done and the 3-day lasted a lot longer. Yes, I looked greasy and gross for those 3 days when I couldn't wash it, but it was worth it to have sleek and straight hair the entire summer. The 1-day was already wearing off 2 weeks after I had it done and was a huge waste of money to me.

I have no issue with waiting the 3 days if it's a better product

I am used to it with JHS

I have the wash right out and the 3 day and I found the wash right out lasted longer.

I think it depends on the brand not the time you leave it in your hair.

Our new Type C, is totally different from our other original brands that we have been using. The other BKT we have been using straightens the hair 80%-95% but our new BKT type C straightens the hair 95% and up(for african-american hair/90% and up), and has alot more shine to it. Not only does it straighten your hair more, but it also last longer than the other products, and during the process alot less smoke and smell is produced so it is alot easier for the customers and us to do the process. And another feature the new BKT features is that, unlike other BKT products you do not have to wait a day to 3 days to wash the product out, we wash it out right after the process is done, and can see the results of it before you leave. And since we wash it out right away, there is no need to worry about stickiness or greasiness for the next few days. The new BKT comes out like you have gotten the Japanese Hair Straightening done, and has as much shine to it as the JHS.

Our new BKT product, Type C, is found nowhere else in the U.S. and can only be found here at our salon, Hair Club I.B. As soon as we have got this product at our salon, everybody who have had it done, has been very happy with it, and really recommends it to people. The price for it is from $170-$190(cut excluded), and in some cases if you have very long thick hair it can go up to $210, you will never see the results of this New Brazilian in any other places its AMAZING !!!~ ( If you already tried getting BKT at other salon and didnt like the results come by and try TYPE C !!!!

I've had both done and had the same results!

I hate having to wait, although I would if the results are better, and had no problem with the 1 day. Mind you, I do it myself too and it lasted longer than the 3 day one I had done at the salon.
