hmmm....this can't just be a coincidence
so last year I lost about 10lbs with out really trying
I had a major lifestyle change- going from working in the city to not- and not having food in front of me all the time- so I chalked it up to that
my new office had a starbucks next door- and I started drinking Zen green tea (plain- no sugar- no milk) all day b/c the office was freezing
well last week it was on sale at target - so I grabbed a box and started drinking pretty much all day again
and I am losing weight- with out really trying again
so if you drink tea- switch to the Zen tea and see what happens!

I never really believed people when they said that- but it's true!
b/c as soon as I stopped drinking it last year- I gained the weight back
I drink alot of tea- and I love the Zen tea- so this is a win/win

Me too! I had just had this exact converstaion with a few coworkers today about Green tea. I'll be picking up a case of it if this is what it takes!

I used to drink green tea a lot & I really think it helped speed up my metabolism. I have to start drinking at least a few cups a day again.

I haven't gone to Starbucks in forever but I used to get that all the time when I worked in the city and there was one downstairs. I will have to pick up a box.

it's tazo- they sell it at target- not sure where else- it was $2.50 for the box
it's the only green tea I like
and I swear it's working- my skinny jeans fit today- and no muffin top

I have been drinking 3 to 4 cups a day
my size 26 jeans fit and are accepted to go out of the house in
2 weeks ago- they wouldn't button
and the only other time in my whole life I was this size - was last year when I drank this tea all the time
there is no way this is coincidence
I want to write to tazo!

Question - do you drink green tea normally and did you just switch to this tazo brand? Did you always drink a lot of liquids before this?
I drink green tea but not really the tazo brand bc it is always pricey but maybe I will try it haha! I usually only do 1 cup a day though so maybe I sholud up it? I am so going to try, lol!

Green tea it is then! Quick question though is is highly caffeinated bc I am very sensitive to caffeine, but usually I am ok with teas

I normally drink tea and a decent amount of water a day- it's rare I drink soda- I never drink coffee
This is the only green tea I like- so the only one I ever drink for long periods of time
It was on sale at target- try it!

They didn't have it on my Target run today so I picked up some Bigelow Green Mint tea. I don't like plain green tea as a rule but this one is tasty with the mint because it doesn't taste blech.

This is so interesting - I am BFing and I can't have caffeine. I was drinking decaf black tea (not green) and losing weight but as soon as we stocked up on decaf coffee and I stopped drinking the tea, I stopped losing the weight. I wonder if it was the tea? I am willing to try anything!
