Finding a pre-natal yoga class?
Anyone take a pre-natal yoga class in Nassau/eastern Queens? I really want to take one but I'm not sure how to find them! Help?

I couldn't find one for my hours either so I just got a DVD and it has been great! I'll send you the name...can't recall right now.

I was window shopping in destination maternity/motherhood maternity recently (on corner of glen cove road and old country) and they have a room in the back with pre-natal yoga classes as well as other mommy-to-be related classes. I think it said that they were affiliated with winthrop. I can't find the flyer they gave me on it, but I bet if you call they can give you the info on it. HTH

dina (Kashmir hands) google her website. she does 2 classes a week at her house in franklin square and 2 classes a week at a dance studio in garden city. LOVE HER!

I take one at body reformers in East Rockaway. They have one class during the week and one on sundays at 12. I really like it.

Yeah I couldn't find one that wasn't a total rip-off out here in Eastern Suffolk.
I went with the DVD.
LOVE IT! Although I haven't used it in a few weeks...oops

Yoga Life in Port Washington runs a pre-natal series.
Located on Port Blvd., just after the school (next to Baskin and Robbins).
